By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any LY Bots Expert Advisor or accessing our website, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Trading in leveraged financial instruments — including but not limited to foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), and index derivatives — carries a high level of risk and can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit. You should not trade with capital you cannot afford to lose.
LY Bots does not and will not provide financial advice. No communication from LY Bots, whether on this website, via email, or through any other channel, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. LY Bots provides software tools only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make and for understanding the risks involved.

LY Bots Expert Advisors operate within the MetaTrader 5 platform, which is developed and maintained by MetaQuotes Software Corp. LY Bots also relies on third-party services including but not limited to: Stripe for payment processing, Zoho for email communications, Framer for website hosting, brokers chosen by the User, and the User's own internet connection and hardware. LY Bots is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or limitations resulting from these platforms. You acknowledge that any issues or delays caused by third-party platforms are beyond LY Bots' control and accept full responsibility for any resulting risks or losses.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any copyright laws, financial regulations, or trading restrictions in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and cancellation of your licence.
We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably consider it necessary, including in cases of fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms. Your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across various networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfers and is processed entirely by Stripe — we do not store or have access to your full credit card details.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, decompile, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Service, including the Expert Advisor software, without our express written permission. Licence keys are issued for individual use and are not to be shared, resold, or redistributed. Unauthorised sharing of licence keys may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Upon successful purchase, LY Bots grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the purchased Expert Advisor on one (1) MetaTrader 5 account associated with the MetaTrader 5 account number provided during activation. The licence is issued to you personally and is intended for your use only. The licence key is bound to that account number and will not activate on any other account.
Your Expert Advisor requires a valid licence key to operate. After purchase, you must provide the MetaTrader 5 account number you intend to use for activation. LY Bots will generate and deliver your licence key and product files to the email address provided at purchase, typically within 48 hours of receiving the account number. The licence key will activate only on the nominated MetaTrader 5 account.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and the correct MetaTrader 5 account number. LY Bots is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Updates to LY Bots Expert Advisors are issued at LY Bots' sole discretion. Where updates are released, licensed users are entitled to receive them at no additional cost through 31 December 2030. Updates may be communicated via email or posted on the LY Bots website. Users are responsible for applying updates. LY Bots is not responsible for any trading outcomes resulting from a User operating an outdated version of the software.
Users may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of any LY Bots Expert Advisor. The software is protected by technical protection measures and applicable copyright laws. Any attempt to circumvent these protections constitutes a breach of these Terms.
LY Bots reserves the right to discontinue any Expert Advisor product at any time. In the event of discontinuation, existing licence holders will be notified via email and will retain access to the most recent version of the software released prior to discontinuation. No further updates will be provided after discontinuation. Discontinuation of a product does not by itself create an entitlement to a refund.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) on the LY Bots website. For customers in New Zealand, prices may be displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. LY Bots does not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card or payment information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
LY Bots products are sold as one-off purchases, not subscriptions. You pay once and receive a licence for the purchased Expert Advisor, including updates released at no additional cost through 31 December 2030. There are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and no ongoing fees.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy available at bots.lytraders.com/refund-policy. LY Bots products are one-off purchases and refunds are available only in the circumstances and during the applicable periods specified in our Refund Policy, including non-delivery, activation failure, and the 100-Day Test Guarantee.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your licence key and any account credentials. You agree to immediately notify LY Bots of any unauthorised use of your licence key or any other breach of security.

LY Bots does not provide trade settings, position sizing recommendations, leverage advice, or any form of trading guidance. All trading decisions are yours alone.
LY Bots does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any broker. Users are responsible for selecting their own broker, conducting their own due diligence, and assessing the compatibility of the Expert Advisor with their chosen broker's trading conditions. Any reference to a broker in our materials or communications is for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement.
KIWISKS NZ LIMITED will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, government actions, internet outages, power failures, or service interruptions from third-party platforms (including MetaQuotes, Stripe, Zoho, and Framer).
We are not responsible if the information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The content on this site is provided for general information and should not be relied upon for making trading decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or current sources. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service and destroy all copies of the Expert Advisor software in your possession. You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any other remedies. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue remedies available under New Zealand law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Licence Agreement, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KIWISKS NZ LIMITED regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
