Because we sell software, not outcomes. Publishing backtests, equity curves or win rates implies a promise we won’t make. Past results, simulated or real, do not predict future results. We give you the tool. What you do with it is yours.
02Does the software trade for me?+
It executes within the parameters you set. You decide the session, instrument and risk boundaries. The software applies those rules—it does not override them or independently decide to trade.
03Is LY Bots AI-powered?+
No. It is parameter-driven, not model-driven. Every action maps to a rule you configured. No black box.
04How does account binding work?+
Each licence binds to one MT5 account number. If you change brokers or accounts, contact support to rebind.
05How is the EA delivered and how long does it take?+
After purchase, you submit your MT5 account number via email. We generate your licence key and deliver the EA files to the email address you provided at checkout — typically within 48 hours. The licence key is bound to your nominated account and will not activate on any other.
06What happens if my VPS goes down?+
The software stops. It cannot trade if it is not running. This is by design—a stopped bot is safer than a disconnected one acting on stale data. We recommend a reliable VPS for 24/5 operation.
07Can I use it on MT4?+
Not currently. MT4 support is planned. Please keep an eye here for the latest developments.
08Is there a refund policy?+
Yes. The 100-day test guarantee is explained below and governed by our Refund Policy.
09Why not just trade manually?+
If you can execute your plan with perfect discipline, every session, without exception, you do not need software. For everyone else, there is a tool that remembers the rules when you do not.
